We have a specialist and experienced team who are able to promote client-centred care while ensuring parents, carers and families, those who know the individual’s needs best, are fully involved in the decision-making process.

Our care assistants are experienced in working with people with a wide range of physical and learning disabilities including autism. Support plans are developed in partnership with families and other support teams to maximise the potential of the individual.

Smerdon day centre in Belvedere, Bexley offers a wide choice of activities and enterprises to provide the service-users with work experience across many fields. We can provide at-home care to those who are unable to access the day-care centre.

Eleanor Care also provides personalised in-home and community care for adults with learning disability or mental health needs. We focus on consistent support and rehabilitation for positive outcomes while respecting the uniqueness of the individual.
