All applicants must have relevant qualifications and at least six months’ experience to be considered for employment with Eleanor Nursing Agency.

Following a thorough interview, they must also successfully complete reference, Disclosure and Barring Service and other appropriate checks and on joining us, they must complete induction and training as required in the National Minimum Standards and Skills for Care.

We are committed to providing staff with further training, as appropriate and each member of our team has an annual review/appraisal meeting with one of our managers to monitor developmental needs and plan further training.
